I have never really HAD free time before. And as many others probably have not either, I will for the greater good act as a guinea pig experimentation. Scientific experimental questions: How long will it take for her to go mad? How many rounds of Geometry Wars can she play until she begins spinning in circles running from all triangle and square shaped objects? These are important questions that I will investigate!
On the first two days of the experiment, I have spent as much time as possible out of the apartment. I feel that soaking in sun and taking advantage of all that Chicago has to offer in the summertime is absolutely necessary for this experiment to be a success. Today I visited the Museum of Contemporary Art with a friend to get some inspiration for my website artwork. They had a couple of new exhibits, one on Buckminster Fuller, who I am now convinced is one of the most fascinating humans ever to live. Combining architecture, engineering, enviornmentalism, art, and so many other disciplines, he was truly an innovative designer. See the MyWorld page for some semi-illegal photographs I took of one of his installations. Inspiring.
As for tomorrow: that is yet to be decided, but whatever I will be doing, it will involve sunlight, freedom, and trouble, lots of trouble. So long.
